PAUL GRIFFIN

Long-time resident of Glen Williams, of over thirty years I began making and gifting cutting boards and serving boards to friends and family. Now that I am nearing retirement age I've finally decided to turn my passion hobbies into a business. In my younger years I was an aircraft mechanic at De Havilland Canada (Bombardier), then moved on to be a builder with the set production team at CBC in Toronto, and for the last 19 years I have been enjoying my role as a High School Carpenter teacher.
